93% of our experts graduated from St. Petersburg State University (before 1990 known as Zhdanov Leningrad State University) faculty of law within 1975-2006’s. Yet this does not imply in any way that we are somehow expressly related to actual or former President of the Russian Federation.
70% of our management has been employed by the largest corporation of the Russian timber industry named “Ilim Pulp”. It were they who had led department on the company’s assets protection when it succeeded in repelling an all-time extensive attempt of “Ilim Pulp” hostile takeover by the group “Base Element”, affluent and world-known at that time. Yet this does not imply in any way that now we are structurally related with the company “Ilim Group”. We are an independent company.
22% of our specialists were formerly engaged in judicial system and law-enforcement agencies, particularly by FSB (Federal Security Service), MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) and public prosecution office. Yet this utterly not a reason for putting us into the group of “St.Petersburg top brass”. We are St. Petersburg lawyers, rather than its top brass.
Since 2005 much of our tasks have been connected with repelling raiders’ attacks to St. Petersburg profit organizations. However, one should not jump to conclusion that outside St. Petersburg we felt less confident when repulse raiders’ attacks.
In 2009 we published a course on struggle against raiders. This course has been approved by Investigating Committee of Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation. Yet this does not mean that we will stick to this course when struggling against raiders. Rules and requirements can never preclude from vivid creativity.Within this decade our lawyers gained 363 suits at laws in various courts on corporate, taxation, antimonopoly, ecology and land disputes, but we are too young to be tired of all these achievements.Our experts have recently prevented an attempt of driving out a notable Scandinavian company from the Russian market. Though you should not believe if one tells you about some kind of our affairs with so called Finnish lobby. There is no Finnish lobby whatever.
And what is that we have?
