Stanislav Danilov

Stanislav joined Pen & Paper in 2006 and deals with consultancy on corporate law and corporate structuring.

Stanislav has established a structure for a number of companies to meet the special requirements of shareholders and a programme for the legal optimisation of their activities. He devotes a large part of his time to court proceedings. In particular, he has successfully defended the interests of the majority of shareholders in the Lenta hypermarket chain during court proceedings relating to a corporate dispute with other shareholders in the company, including the investment fund TPG Capital and the bank VTB.

Stanislav has unique experience in supporting M&A deals in non-standard situations, including those associated with company insolvencies. In particular, he has worked on the acquisition of the distressed Dikaya Orkhideya Group (Wild Orchid) business.
